We do not accept returns. Our refund policy is very fair and straight forward, very rarely a code may not work due to a replacement security unit if this is the case and you can prove the orignal code has been changed we will refund you in full.

We deliver the code requested by email once we have manualy checked your order. We aim to send the code within one hour from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
