Our Audi Concert Radio Code service is easy to use, simply locate the 14 digit serial number on the unit beginning with AUZ. In addition to the serial number, we also require the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). We can only supply the original radio code for the vehicle, if you suspect the unit has been changed. We will be unable to assist you. If you have purchased a replacement unit from eBay or elsewhere, you will need to obtain the VIN the unit came from.

Locate the 14 digit serial number beginning with AUZ, this will look similair to AUZ2Z3E1170794. The serial number can be found on a label or etched into the casing of the CD or cassette player.
We also require the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) you will find this on the Vehicle Registation Document (V5) or on the MOT Certificate.
To view the label you will need to remove the CD or cassette player from the dashboard. This is very easy to do. You may need to purchase a set of Audi Radio Release Keys; you can purchase these from us by telephone.
